Miami Community Design - A branch office was opened in Miami in 2001 to provide architectural and community design services in South Florida. Projects in the city of Miami include infill mixed-use development on Coral Way, advocacy planning assistance to Miami Neighborhoods United regarding affordable housing and MIAMI 21 Plan, design assistance to the Coconut Grove Collaborative, Inc., concept plan for the 7th Avenue Corridor in Liberty City, as well as other infill affordable housing projects for sites in Pompano Beach and Coconut Creek.
