Phase 1 is the 171-unit Gulf Breeze Village scheduled for Spring 2007 construction. The firm was also selected as Project Architect for the Housing Authority of the City of Ft. Myers - Michigan Court HOPE VI Project (517 units) as part of the Norstar Development Team. KA is providing designs for affordable for-sale Hurricane Housing Replacement Projects in Pensacola, FL (Escambia County) and Bagdad, FL (Santa Rosa County).
