Coconut Grove - KA has been working with the Coconut Grove Collaborative, Inc., a nonprofit community development corporation on several projects including GOOMBAY PLAZA, a mixed-use development project at Grand Avenue and Douglas Road. Project is for a 5-story, 50,000 sf mixed-use building with 10,000 sf retail commercial space, 20 condominium units and a 300-space automated parking garage; GRAND AVENUE KIOSK PROJECT, the design of 10 West Grove Island District themed kiosks placed along a new Grand Avenue Streetscape; and BIMINI PLACE at West Grove, a mixed-use development at US 1 and Douglas Road including 100-units of elderly apartments, 30 units of live-work townhomes, and a commercial/office building to replace the Frankie Rolle Center.
